GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This agreement is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) and defines the terms of sale of files for embroidery machines (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) through the online store located on the website embroiderydesignhub.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).
1.2. The Store Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Offer, which come into effect upon their publication on the Store’s website. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The Goods are provided in electronic format for use on embroidery machines. ORDERING THE GOODS
3.1. The Buyer places an order for the Goods through the functionality of the Store’s website.
3.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation to the email address provided by them. PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS
4.1. Prices for the Goods are specified on the Store’s website.
4.2. Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer at the time of placing the order. TRANSFER OF THE GOODS
5.1. After payment for the Goods, the Seller transfers to the Buyer the electronic version of the file for the embroidery machine. REFUSAL OF THE GOODS AND REFUND
6.1. Due to the digital nature of the files, refunds are not permitted. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the improper use of the Goods by the Buyer.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for temporary failures and problems in the operation of the Store’s website caused by technical reasons. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. This Offer and the relationship between the parties are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2. All disputes arising from this agreement are resolved through negotiations. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the dispute is subject to resolution in court.
8.3. The Seller don’t give any permissions to resell goods in digital format.
